Happy Monday! This is the first week of summer in our house since preschool ended last week – not to mention, it’s also going to be 90+ degrees every day – yikes! I’m over here trying to make a plan for the week because I think we’ll go crazy if we don’t have anything to do 🙂 With that said, I’m keeping dinner ideas simple this week! For this week’s clean eating meal plan, I’m pairing a few tried and true recipes with a few new ideas.
Happy Friday! We’ve had a crazy busy week over here and I’m honestly looking forward to a slow, relaxing weekend – anyone else feel the same? I thrive off the “on the go” lifestyle, but it starts to wear me down after a while! I wanted to pop in and share a few of my Friday favorites with you guys since I haven’t had much time to blog this week.
Hi y’all – happy Monday! We’ve had some gorgeous weather lately and it looks like it’s here to stay – so bring on the summer menu! We usually grill a lot when it gets warm, but it’s easier for me to get dinner started indoors while my husband is on his way home from work (which helps get the girls to bed on time!), so we’ll probably save grilling for weekends. How about you – do you grill often?

Having a healthy diet is important to me, especially when it comes to properly fueling my body after an intense workout. Since starting a new fitness routine recently, I’ve been hyperaware of the nutrients I’m putting into my body and how they impact my workout performance and recovery time. I’ve been focusing on clean eating and, of course, making sure I’m getting enough protein in my diet to build lean muscle mass.
