Happy Monday, y’all! We’ve still been going strong with our weekly meal plan and I’m excited to continue this series on the blog now that the holidays are over. Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken, Baked Potatoes + Green Beans – This buffalo chicken has the best flavor and sometimes, we skip the sweet potatoes the recipe calls for and just eat it by itself!
Loaded Sweet Potato “Nachos” – Excited to try this new-to-me recipe this week – we love sweet potatoes and nachos, so hopefully it’ll be great!
Whole30 Zuppa Toscana – This is a staple in our house – I make it every couple of weeks!
Paleo General Tso Chicken, Quinoa + Broccoli – My husband loves Chinese food, so we’re going to give this recipe a whirl to see if he approves!
Pizza – We always do homemade pizza on Fridays, and no, it’s not Whole30 or Paleo-friendly 😉
