Happy Monday, y’all! It’s been literally months since I last shared a weekly meal plan and to be honest, it’s been months since I last actually planned out a full week’s menu. Between pregnancy, selling a house, moving, etc., I just didn’t have it in me to keep it up but I’m slowly and surely getting back into the swing of things – including being organized again, because I surely need it! I thought this would be the perfect time to kick off my clean eating meal plan as we head into the busy holiday season and need quick, healthy dinner ideas 🙂
Chile Lime Turkey Tenderloin, Cauliflower Rice + Green Beans – I just buy a plain turkey tenderloin and put Trader Joe’s Chile Lime seasoning on it and bake in the oven – so easy and so good!
Ground Turkey Chili – This is another simple recipe that takes little time to throw together – you can always prep it and let it simmer in the crockpot, too.
Sweet Potato Nachos – This is a staple on our meal plan list. We all love sweet potatoes, so this one is a hit in our house.
Pizza – Trader Joe’s has their butternut squash pizza crust back for the fall season and it’s delicious! I also make my own cauliflower crust sometimes.
