Happy Monday, y’all! We are back from vacation and somehow more tired than before we went…funny how that is when you have kids! I’m sure the 14-hour drive didn’t help that, either 😉 One of the best parts about grocery pickup is that you can order groceries from anywhere – so I took a few minutes to do our weekly clean eating meal plan and put in our grocery order before we headed home and we were able to pick it up on the way in. Best invention ever – I feel prepared for the week! Here’s our clean eating meal plan for this week:
Monday
Slow Cooker Hawaiian Chicken, Quinoa + Roasted Broccoli – The only thing better than grocery pickup is dinner in the crock pot…it takes 5 minutes to prep!
Tuesday
Whole30 Zuppa Toscana – It looks like we have one last cold day to get through, so I thought I’d make this soup to warm up!
Wednesday
Sweet Potato Nachos – These have quickly become one of our favorites – so easy to prep and delicious!
Thursday
Coconut Curry Lime Meatballs, Roasted Potatoes + Peas – This is a staple recipe, it’s easy and tastes so good (and the girls will eat them!).
Friday
Pizza – I really want to try a cauliflower crust again since it’s so much lighter (rather than almond flour crust), but I need to find a better recipe! Any suggestions?
