So many things to do, so little time – sorry I’m late sharing our weekly clean eating meal plan! 😉 After having last week’s meals prepped for us, I was admittedly a little excited to get back in the kitchen this week. The only new recipe I added this week was the Paleo Pesto Chicken, which I’ve been seeing pop up on Pinterest a lot and couldn’t resist finally giving it a try (spoiler alert: we had it last night and it was delicious!). Without further ado, here is our latest clean eating meal plan:
Slow Cooker Paleo Pesto Chicken, Sweet Potatoes + Broccoli – This recipe came from one of my favorite Paleo recipe bloggers and I used Carolina Charm’s crockpot hack to cook both the chicken and potatoes at the same time. Best idea ever!
Egg Roll in a Bowl – Another easy meal since I’ll be getting home late from Pure Barre. This is a go-to recipe for us these days – so good!
Zucchini Lasagna – It’s been a long time since I’ve made one of these, but it’s so good and we have leftovers for days.
Pizza – Still contemplating if I want to try another cauliflower crust – I need to find a new recipe!
