Hi y’all! Hope you had a wonderful Easter weekend – I am super behind this week and can’t seem to catch up…it seems like holidays always do that to me! Anyways, wanted to pop in and share what’s on our clean eating meal plan this week 🙂
Salsa Chicken, Mexican Cauliflower Rice + Broccoli – One of my favorite easy slow cooker meals – I feel like we make this at least every 2-3 weeks!
Twice-Baked Sweet Potatoes + Peas – I’ve made these once before and thought they were so good!
Turkey Sausage Sheet Pan, Roasted Potatoes + Green Beans – An easy, quick recipe for nights when I get home late from Pure Barre.
Turkey Apple Meatballs, Sweet Potatoes + Broccoli – Love the flavor combination of these meatballs and the best part is my girls will eat them!
Pizza – Nothing new here…I’ve still been eating mine with an almond flour crust using this recipe.
