Happy Monday, y’all! I hope your week is off to a great start. This is the first week in a while that I’ve gotten my clean eating meal plan published on a Monday – feeling a little victorious, even though my 1.5-year-old is resisting naptime yet again (seriously, will it ever get better?!) and this blog session is about to be cut short! 😉 I like trying at least one new recipe a week, and while it doesn’t always happen, I did add a new meal to this week’s meal plan (what we’re having tonight)! Without further ado, here is this week’s clean eating meal plan:
Slow Cooker Chicken + Sweet Potato Stew – This will be the first time I’ve made this soup, but it’s pretty simple and healthy!
Buffalo Chicken Meatballs, Roasted Potatoes + Peas – These meatballs have a great flavor and my girls actually love them, too!
Slow Cooker Garlic Honey Chicken, Mashed Sweet Potatoes + Broccoli – I’ve only made this once before, but I’ve been looking forward to making it again ever since then…sooo good!
Turkey Sausage Quinoa Jambalaya + Green Beans – This is one of the most simple, quick recipes and it tastes delicious!
Pizza – Still using this almond flour crust recipe – so far, it’s the best I’ve tried!
