Happy Monday, y’all! Hope your week is off to a great start. I’m starting week two of my new workout program (80 Day Obsession) and have been really focused on sticking to the nutrition aspect so I’ll have enough energy for the workouts and to recover quickly, too! It’s been great that my favorite Whole30/Paleo recipes translate really well into the 80 Day Obsession eating plan, so I’ve been able to stick to our usual clean eating meal plan. This week, some of my favorites are on the menu, like Egg Roll in a Bowl (seriously so good!). Here’s this week’s clean eating meal plan:
Sweet Potato Nachos + Peas – Easily one of my go-to’s because of how quick and simple it is and everyone will eat it!
Egg Roll in a Bowl, Roasted Carrots + Green Beans – I totally didn’t get the hype about this…until we finally tried it and were S O L D. So good!
Honey Mustard Chicken, Roasted Potatoes + Broccoli – Not only does this have an amazing flavor, but it’s a slow cooker recipe…yay!
Turkey Meatloaf, Mashed Caulifl0wer + Peas – I’m actually not a huge meatloaf fan, but my husband likes it and I feel like I never have any good recipe ideas for ground turkey (other than meatballs, which we do often).
Pizza – The Paleo pizza crust has really grown on me and I really don’t miss the regular crust at all! I still want to try a cauliflower crust again, but need to find a good one.
