Happy Tuesday, friends! I hope you all had a wonderful Labor Day and a great end to summer fun. I don’t know about you, but we’re all ready for fall over here now that football and pumpkin spice season has kicked off 😉 I’m so glad to see y’all are loving my downloadable 28-day clean eating meal plan – be sure to stay tuned to the blog for lots of new healthy dinner ideas.
On this week’s menu, I’m keeping things simple and adding a few recipes we haven’t had in a while. I like to have at least one dinner in the slow cooker each week, but with cooler weather (hopefully) approaching soon, I might plan more of these because they’re so easy!
Clean Eating Meal Plan for the Week
Monday
Paleo Stuffed Peppers – Sometimes I do ‘deconstructed’ peppers and make it into a casserole since neither my husband nor kids will eat a whole green pepper by itself.
Tuesday
Slow Cooker Chicken Teriyaki, Riced Cauliflower + Roasted Broccoli – This was on the menu for last week, but we ended up going out instead so trying again this week!
Wednesday
Sweet Potato Sausage Skillet + Peas – We haven’t made this one in ages, but it’s one of the easiest recipes ever and if you’re into the 21 Day Fix, it’s an approved meal. It’s also Whole30 and Paleo-friendly 🙂
Thursday
Coconut Lime Chicken, Roasted Sweet Potatoes + Green Beans – This is another goodie… we don’t make it very often but the chicken has a great flavor!
Friday
Cauliflower Crust Pizza – Still loving my cauliflower crust recipe and it truly does get easier to prep over time!
