Happy Monday, friends! Trying to get back in the swing of things after a long weekend away in the mountains, so this week’s clean eating meal plan is coming to you a bit later than usual. 🙂 We had a fantastic trip and got the chance to enjoy cold weather and beautiful foliage – I hope to have a post up recapping our trip soon! For now, I’m pulling together a meal plan for the week on a whim since I didn’t exactly plan anything over the weekend!
Weekly Clean Eating Meal Plan
Ground Turkey Spaghetti – One of the easiest recipes I could think of, plus the girls love spaghetti so this means no begging them to eat dinner! I will use spiralized veggies in place of pasta for mine 🙂
Slow Cooker Southwest Chicken, Riced Cauliflower + Broccoli – This is a new recipe and it sounds so good! I love anything with cilantro and lime.
Mummy Hotdogs, Baked French Fries + Peas – I’m going to do a fun Halloween-themed dinner for the girls before we go Trick or Treating! I’m also going to make (dairy-free) Dirt Cups for dessert.
Turkey Sausage, Apple + Sweet Potato Sheet Pan + Green Beans – We bought a huge bag of apples in the mountains, so I’m going to be incorporating them into our meals a lot over the next few weeks!
