It’s hard to believe I’ve been sharing weekly clean eating meal plans for almost a full year now! I hope you guys have found this to be helpful when it comes to planning healthy dinners – be sure to let me know what you’d like to see more of…slow cooker, Instant Pot, Paleo, Whole30, etc. As I’ve gotten more comfortable with eating dairy-free and (mostly) grain-free, it’s become easier to substitute ingredients to make almost any recipe work for us – and that’s my goal in sharing these ideas with you…to make eating healthy easy and stress-free!
Since we still have a ton of apples to eat from our trip to the mountains, I’ve been trying to incorporate them into as many meals as possible. I’m excited for the slow cooker pork recipe since it’s a new one to us, fingers crossed it’s good!
Clean Eating Meal Plan for the Week
Sweet and Sour Chicken, Brown Rice + Broccoli – This is a new one for us, but my husband loves Asian food and I always like to find ways to make it healthier, so this is a winning combo!
Loaded Sweet Potatoes + Peas – This is a go-to for an easy weeknight dinner and the girls love it too.
Slow Cooker Apple + Fennel Pork Loin, Roasted Potatoes + Green Beans – On a roll this week with yet another new recipe. We try to do pork every so often and this one calls for apples, so it was a must-try this week.
