It’s hard to believe I’ve been sharing weekly clean eating meal plans for almost a full year now! Since we still have a ton of apples to eat from our trip to the mountains, I’ve been trying to incorporate them into as many meals as possible. I’m excited for the slow cooker pork recipe since it’s a new one to us, fingers crossed it’s good!
Clean Eating Meal Plan for the Week
Monday
Sweet and Sour Chicken, Brown Rice + Broccoli – This is a new one for us, but my husband loves Asian food and I always like to find ways to make it healthier, so this is a winning combo!
Tuesday
Loaded Sweet Potatoes + Peas – This is a go-to for an easy weeknight dinner and the girls love it too.
Wednesday
Slow Cooker Spinach, Sausage + White Bean Soup – Also a new-to-us recipe…I really love soups as the weather starts to cool down and bonus points for it being a slow cooker recipe!
Thursday
Slow Cooker Apple + Fennel Pork Loin, Roasted Potatoes + Green Beans – On a roll this week with yet another new recipe. We try to do pork every so often and this one calls for apples, so it was a must-try this week.
Friday
Cauliflower Crust Pizza – Still my favorite cauliflower crust recipe and it really doesn’t take all that long to prep!
