Happy Friday, friends! I don’t know about you, but I’m so ready for warmer weather over here – this week has been below freezing way too many days and I know it’s even worse for you guys up North. Until then, I’m going to keep some healthy comfort foods on our clean eating meal plan! To be honest, I really love weeks where I plan several slow cooker meals in a row because it’s so easy – simple prep and clean up, too. This week, though, I had to branch out a little bit and add in some non-slow cooker recipes because I feel like we need a little bit of variety!
Clean Eating Meal Plan for the Week
Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken, Brown Rice + Broccoli – I love Teriyaki Chicken and I also love that this one is Paleo, so it’s a little cleaner than a traditional recipe.
Sweet Potato + Sausage Hash with Sauteed Spinach – This is such a simple recipe that packs a nice balance of protein, healthy carbs and fats. I credit this recipe to Beachbody + 21 Day Fix – it’s how I first found it.
BBQ Chicken Casserole + Peas – This is hands-down my husband’s favorite dinner recipe. He requested it last week, so I made sure to add it to our menu this week!
Turkey Meatballs with Mashed Cauliflower – We love turkey meatballs around here because the girls will eat them without complaining and I love that you can make them so many ways.
Cauliflower Crust Pizza – Here’s my favorite cauliflower crust recipe – and Trader Joe’s also makes a decent premade version if you’re in a hurry.
