Happy Friday, friends – so sorry for skipping out last week on sharing our meal plan! We were out of town and I just didn’t have time (or let’s face it, the energy) to pull together a clean eating meal plan. To be honest, I’ve been loosely following the meal plan from the week prior for dinners this week – it’s always hard to get back in the swing of things after traveling, but having lots of dinner ideas in a central place really helps! I’m keeping it pretty simple for next week and several dinners are based around meats that are on sale at Sprouts right now. Keep reading for next week’s dinner ideas!

Clean Eating Meal Plan for the Week
Monday
Roast with Carrots and Potatoes – This was a staple when I was growing up. Now I use Imagine mushroom soup since it’s dairy-free, rather than the condensed mushroom soup, but it’s still delicious! Literally, throw a roast into the crock pot, then place baby carrots and potato cubes around it, top with spices and mushroom soup and cook on high for 4-6 hours!
Tuesday
Ground Turkey Spaghetti – I like to use carrot noodles as a base for mine, but everyone else uses regular spaghetti noodles.
Wednesday
Pork Chops with Apples + Greens – One of my favorite dinners – it’s a little more time-consuming, so I don’t make it as often as I’d like!
Thursday
Teriyaki Chicken, Brown Rice + Roasted Green Beans – Love this Paleo teriyaki sauce – it couldn’t be easier to pull together and it’s a slow cooker recipe so it’s a go-to around here!
Friday
Cauliflower Crust Pizza – It’s been a few weeks since we had a Friday night pizza, so I’m looking forward to it.
