Happy Friday, y’all! I don’t know if you’ve experienced this, but this has been the longest. week. ever. over here. Maybe it’s all the rain and dreary weather and the fact that my kids have not been listening so well lately. 😉 Anyways, I’m looking forward to bringing some new creativity to my weekly clean eating meal plan as I’m trying out something a little new starting next week (I’ll share more on the blog Monday!). Just know that it has a little something to do with macros, so it should make meal planning interesting!
Clean Eating Meal Plan for the Week
Whole30 Chicken Alfredo + Spaghetti Squash Noodles – Another 40Aprons recipe that I’m really excited to try! I’ve never made cashew cream, but I’m looking forward to giving it a shot.
Ground Turkey Taco Bowls + Mexican Cauliflower Rice – A go-to for a quick dinner around here…the girls and my husband typically eat tacos with flour tortillas and I put my taco meat over cauliflower rice and veggies.
Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken + Sweet Potatoes – One of my favorite flavor combinations! I’ll use this slow cooker hack to cook the potatoes at the same time as the chicken.
Whole30 Zuppa Toscana – This is a great cold weather recipe and it tastes so indulgent even though it’s made with good-for-you ingredients!
