Happy Friday, y’all! This post is coming to you a little later than usual – I’ve been way off my game this week between dealing with sickness and my birthday hitting midweek. Despite all that, I still need to jump into action with my clean eating meal plan so next week’s meals won’t be total chaos! Also looking forward to getting back on track with overall healthier food after birthday meals and taking a fun cooking class which I will be sharing with you guys soon.
Clean Eating Meal Plan for the Week
Whole30 Chicken Pot Pie Soup – We tried this 40Aprons recipe last month and it was so good – this time, I think I’m going to make the cashew cream (last time I just did the cauliflower substitute).
Paleo Egg Roll in a Bowl + Green Beans – One of my favorite easy recipes and it’s perfect for low-carb day on the Faster Way to Fat Loss program.
Pulled Pork, Sweet Potatoes + Broccoli – We love homemade pork BBQ and prefer the East Coast version over the Memphis style BBQ (sorry, but it’s true!). This is a similar recipe to the one I typically follow.
Asian Meatloaf, Mashed Cauliflower + Peas – I made this meatloaf a few months back and loved the flavor, so giving it another try – plus the girls will eat it!
Cauliflower Crust Pizza – I picked up some new to me cauliflower crusts (Caulipower) at Sprouts over the weekend and can’t wait to give them a try for pizza night! This is my favorite homemade recipe, though.
