Happy Friday, y’all! It’s been a WEEK over here and I fell behind a bit getting this clean eating meal plan ready to go. We’ve been having some of the best weather this week and I’ve been wanting to eat light and summery foods – but I still love the convenience of a slow cooker meal here and there, so they aren’t going anywhere soon! Earlier in the week, I shared a huge list of Faster Way to Fat Loss meal ideas – and even though the 7-week program is technically over, I’m going to continue to count macros and eat similarly. Pretty much any of my meal plans will work for the FWTFL program, if you’re planning to give it a try!
Clean Eating Meal Plan for the Week
Chicken + Veggie Kabobs on the Grill – I had big plans to grill last week, but it was too late before we were ready so I just used the skillet inside. Making it happen this week!
Ground Turkey Spaghetti – Literally my girls’ favorite food. I usually make regular noodles for everyone else, and I like to use Trader Joe’s carrot spirals as “noodles” for mine.
Loaded Sweet Potato Nachos – These are so good and the perfect warm weather dinner!
Slow Cooker Sausage + White Bean Soup – This is technically what I’d consider a winter meal, but we all really like it and it’s so easy.
Cauliflower Crust Pizza – Planning to bring back my favorite cauliflower crust for pizza this week instead of a store-bought crust.
