Happy Friday! If you’ve seen my Insta Stories lately, you probably saw that we sold our house in one day(!) so life has been a little crazy over here this week. I’ll be honest, we haven’t exactly followed last week’s clean eating meal plan perfectly because we were in and out for showings and just all of the craziness that home selling entails. However, I will say that having some sort of plan in place helps immensely, even if dinner is super last-minute! Keeping things simple for next week with some of our favorites.
Clean Eating Meal Plan
Slow Cooker Pesto Chicken + Roasted Spaghetti Squash – This is one of my favorite chicken recipes and it’s a perfect low-carb dinner idea.
Paleo Egg Roll in a Bowl – This recipe couldn’t be easier – you can literally cook it all in a single pot…less dishes to wash!
Fish Tacos – We don’t eat a ton of seafood here because we’re admittedly pretty snobby about only liking fresh seafood from the east coast – but Sprouts has some good sales on fish this week and fish tacos are delicious.
Chicken Kabobs + Grilled Veggies – Love this simple combo – just marinade the chicken in teriyaki sauce or put some spices on it before grilling.
Cauliflower Crust Pizza – I really want to try the Broccoli Kale crust from Trader Joe’s, so I might grab one for this week’s pizza night!
