Happy fall, y’all! It’s official, summer is over – yet the hot weather is still sticking around. Hopefully one day soon I’ll be able to break out my sweaters and boots…but for now, at least I can decorate my house for the season with my favorite cozy fall decor!
We usually go all out with Christmas decor, but I realized that I had very little in the way of fall decorations so I snagged a few new things this year. I was fortunate to work with Cracker Barrel on a fun fall home decor campaign and I added a few things to my collection, like a gorgeous wreath for our entryway, this spray wreath for over the fireplace, these ceramic pumpkins and this cute decorative dish towel.
I also found lots of fun cozy fall decor in Target’s Dollar Spot this year and had to restrain myself from going too crazy. I picked up these cute ceramic pumpkins in some fun colors and plush pumpkins, which were only $1 each! I also got some greenery, which I added beneath the ceramic pumpkins on our dining room table. I had been on the lookout for a pretty banner for our mantel and just couldn’t find exactly what I wanted. On my most recent trip to Target, they had put out even more decor(!) and I found a cute wooden pumpkin garland and I think it matches the other mantel decor quite nicely.
We also have several pumpkins placed throughout the house that we’ve picked up on past trips to HomeGoods and TJ Maxx – they have some of the best cozy fall decor!
I don’t know about you, but I truly enjoy decorating for holidays – and doing it as early as possible so we can enjoy it longer! My husband starts decorating for Christmas on November 1st (it’s like he’s Clark Griswold), so I always do fall decor early so I can enjoy it a bit before it comes down 😉
