So I have a confession: I didn’t actually watch The Oscars. I really didn’t have to, as my Twitter feed kept me informed about every last detail! I actually wanted to watch the awards, but we decided when we moved in to our condo to not get cable, since we don’t watch much TV. We do have local channels (and Netflix!), but ABC doesn’t come in clearly. So no Oscars for me.
With that said, I’m still obsessed with award show fashion, so I made sure to keep up with what the stars were wearing last night! Here are my “Best Dressed”:

Amanda Seyfried This dress reminds me of my wedding dress…maybe that’s why I like it! |
![]() |
Charlize Theron She has great style pretty much all the time. This dress is classic and chic. |
![]() |
Jessica Chastain Maybe it’s because we have the same hair color…but I always think she has great style! |

Naomi Watts This dress is actually a bit modern for such a classic awards show, but it really works on her. |
And for the worst:

Reese Witherspoon I love Reese…and I usually love her style. I feel like she would look better in a warm color. I love her hair though! |

Zoe Saldana No. Just no. There is way too much going on! Pick one element, and go with it. Not ruffles, a belt, and a multicolored train. |

Renee Zellweger The 90s called – it wants its hair, makeup, and style back! Seriously, I thought this was an old photo of Renee when I first saw it. |

Halle Berry Halle always has her own style, usually very unique. I don’t mind that. I’m just not really feeling this dress. It does fit her well, I’ll give her that much! |
