Happy Friday, friends! Despite it being pretty chilly today, it’s starting to finally look like spring and my mood has improved 1000% because of it! Winter is definitely my least favorite season, and I️ know I️’m not the only one who feels that way. It just seems never-ending, am I️ right?? Which brings me to this week’s Friday Favorites topic: sunless tanning. I️ regretfully used a tanning bed as a teenager, but finally wisened up and realized it was so bad. I️ then turned to sunless tanners and spray tanning, but went through my fair share of duds before landing on tanners that actually look natural! Today, I️ wanted to share my favorite self-tanning products that I️ use regularly to achieve a sunkissed glow year-round.

ONE | Isle of Paradise Glow Clear Self-Tanning Foam

I️ think my favorite thing about this foam is the fact that it’s clear. I️ used to shy away from tanning products that were clear because how would I️ ever know if I️ applied it without streaks?! But this one is like magic and somehow does a great job balancing out the color all over your skin. I️ really like that it’s less messy since it doesn’t have a built-in bronzer. I️t also seems to fade evenly, so you aren’t left with splotchy areas. The smell is nice, too! I️ use the Medium shade but if you have a darker natural skin tone than I️ do, you may want to opt for the Dark shade.
TWO | Isle of Paradise Self-Tanning Drops

This is actually the first Isle of Paradise product that got me hooked on this brand. I️ bought this to use on my face (mixed with moisturizer) for a little glow and love how well it works. I️ have started using it with body butter on my legs and arms in between my self-tanning sessions to make my glow last longer.
THREE | Norvell Self-Tanning Mitt

I️’ve used just about every type of tanning mitt out there and I️ can honestly say this is my favorite by far! Also – if you don’t use a mitt for your tanner, you should start ASAP. I️ used to use my hand, which left streaks on my skin and dyed my hands orange. Yikes. Lesson learned! This one is very well-made and feels soft and velvety. Others I️’ve used are more sponge/foam-like and after a while, they break at the seams. This tanning mitt seems like it will last much longer and you can’t beat the price!
