Easter has always been one of my favorite holidays, so it’s even more fun now that I get to make it special for my girls by putting together fun Easter basket ideas. It may be the pretty colors, but for some reason, Easter candy just tastes better than any other candy. I usually don’t like M&Ms, but if you put pastel colored M&Ms in front of me, I’ll eat them. Go figure 🙂
I actually picked up some items for the girls’ Easter baskets already (which you can find here – they’re so cute!) and I have a few more Easter basket ideas up my sleeve, so I wanted to share some ideas that might be helpful if you’re still looking for some fun basket fillers for the little ladies in your life!

We tend to stick with small items and very little amounts of candy, since A) we don’t need it and B) it ends up making whiny toddlers even more whiny when you deny them sugar. 🙂 I also like giving experiences rather than things and in the past, we’ve done things like sign up for swim lessons and get a membership to the local botanic gardens.
