{Gender Reveal}

On Saturday, the day we’ve been waiting for *finally* arrived – our Gender Reveal party! We had a beautiful day to celebrate with family and friends and everything went perfectly. I hadn’t really been that anxious until we all were standing around the cake waiting for Michael and I to cut a slice – and then I felt so nervous!

We both decided a few weeks ago that baby HAD to be a boy…just an intuition – but I’d be lying if I didn’t admit we were kind of hoping for a little girl! We had everyone wear pink or blue and vote on whether baby was a girl or boy – and it was a pretty close score. Before the party, everyone that I’d talked to in the past few weeks thought baby was a girl, but I just wasn’t so sure!

Well…we cut into the cake…and baby is a GIRL! To say we were shocked is an understatement! Very surprised, but in the best of ways. A lot of my friends either have girls or are expecting girls right now, so Baby Boyce will have some friends when she’s born! We can’t wait 🙂
