Happy Monday, friends! I’m already off to a slow start this week getting this meal plan out a bit late. 🙂 My husband is off work for bank holidays now (yay!) so we took a family outing to play Topgolf this morning and then did some things around the house before I hit Pure Barre this afternoon. It’s nice to be slowly but surely getting back into a routine and putting together these clean eating meal plans really helps keep us on track, too!

Clean Eating Meal Plan for the Week
Sausage Sheet Pan – We love using chicken + apple sausage and roasting it with broccoli and potatoes.
Chicken Piccata with Cauliflower Rice – This is a new recipe from the Blue Apron cookbook I just picked up! Not a ton of clean eating recipes in there, but most can be made with better-for-you ingredients.
Whole30 Slow Cooker Sausage, Kale + Potato Soup – This is a delicious Whole30 recipe that I make all the time when the weather cools down!
Ground Turkey Spaghetti – My oldest daughter would eat spaghetti at every meal if I’d let her! I make regular pasta for everyone else and I usually do carrot or zucchini spirals for me.
Pizza – I love TJ’s Butternut Squash pizza crust or I will sometimes make my own cauliflower crust. Both are so good – I️ don’t even really miss ‘real’ pizza crust anymore!
