Happy Monday, friends! It’s been a minute since I️ last shared a weekly meal plan. With the craziness going on in the world and grocery stores being out of stock of so many essentials so frequently, I️ threw caution to the wind with meal planning and found myself winging it every night. Now that things are getting back to normal in terms of grocery shopping, I️ decided to actually put a meal plan together this week and thought I️’d share!
Meal Plan for the Week
Slow Cooker Hawaiian Chicken, Broccoli + Rice – Chicken is one of the meats we’ve had trouble finding up until this point, so I️’m looking forward to incorporating it back into our weekly meal plan a bit more. This is one of my fave Whole30/Paleo recipes.
Ground Turkey Taco Bowls – The girls and my husband will probably have regular tacos, but I️ like to put my ground turkey over Mexican riced cauliflower.
Chicken Sausage Sheet Pan with Baby Potatoes + Green Beans – This is such an easy dinner recipe…literally throw everything onto a sheet pan and pop into the oven for around 25 minutes!
Ground Turkey Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes + Peas – As picky as my girls can be, they will actually eat meatloaf, which is surprising to me. Go figure!
Cauliflower Crust Pizza – We’ve looked forward to pizza night even more lately, just to mix things up. We usually go out for a late afternoon walk and then come back and the girls help my husband make pizza while I️ clean up a little bit before dinner.
