I call this a win in my book. Looks like running on a treadmill somehow makes me run faster outside….who knew?! Some days, running is just so simple, like second nature. And other days….well, let’s not go there shall we. I’ll just bask in the glow of today’s run for a little while 😉

In other news, I just bought what seems like my hundredth pair of running shoes. The mileage seems to add up super-quickly…but when you’re running 130+ miles per month, I guess that’s about right. I’ve worn Nike+ Zoom Structure Triax running shoes for years now…they’ve always fit perfectly…don’t fix it if it isn’t broken! If you’re on the lookout for new running shoes, I highly recommend these 😉
