VESTA Home Show | California Closets of Memphis Tour

I recently had the pleasure of attending the Vesta Home Show in Germantown, TN, where I got an up-close look at the Galloway House on behalf of California Closets of Memphis. What a beauty! I’ve always loved attending home shows, because I get so many great ideas for our current home (and the dream home I’ve been building in my mind, obviously!).

There are so many fabulous things I could list about this particular home, from the layout, huge windows with so much natural light, exquisite finishes and more – but the real reason I wanted to see this home was to check out the amazing closet designed by California Closets of Memphis. You know that classic HGTV show joke – the one where the woman walks into a closet during a home tour and says something along the lines of, “I love this closet. Where’s yours, honey?” Well, let’s just say that’s a non-issue with this closet – there’s plenty of room for you ladies to share some space with the guy in your life (I mean, if you want to).

The California Closets brand has recently established itself in the Memphis area, which is amazing news for Memphians. Sharon Fleming, Memphis-based design consultant, shared a little bit about the process of designing a dream closet with us. The team will do a complimentary in-home consultation to get a feel for your space and discuss what your vision is. California Closets actually has a neat tool that is set up similar to Pinterest, where you can ‘like’ different closet designs and layouts and then your design consultant will use that inspiration to create your unique closet design. I love that their team is very hands-on and really wants to help you build your dream closet, no matter how small or large your space or your budget!
