Happy Monday, friends! For those of you who have been reading for a while, you probably remember when I️ shared my weekly clean eating meal plan on the blog. I️ got way off track last summer after having my third baby and moving to another state, but with my oldest starting Kindergarten in a week, I️ felt like I️ needed to get my act together and start meal planning again!

For reference, I️ follow a dairy- and gluten-free lifestyle, so all of the recipes I share in my clean eating meal plan will either be free of those ingredients or have the option to substitute GF and DF ingredients in place of regular.
Clean Eating Meal Plan for the Week
Monday

Meatless Chili – We’ve been doing ‘meatless Monday’ for a while now, but I️’m running out of ideas! Since everyone loves chili (and beans), I️ figured I️’d try this meat-free version.
Tuesday

Beer-Battered Fish Tacos – Okay, technically this one isn’t gluten-free, but it is dairy-free! I️’m sure I️ could make my own beer batter, but I️ picked up a package of beer batter at World Market over the weekend for the cod filets we got at Trader Joe’s.
Wednesday

Chicken Fried “Rice” – This is one of our go-to easy recipes. To keep it healthier, I️ use coconut aminos in place of soy sauce and cauliflower rice in place of regular rice.
Thursday

Pork Chops with Apples & Spinach – We haven’t done pork chops in ages, and this particular recipe is so good! It’s a little more involved than most dinner recipes we make these days, but trust me when I️ say, it’s worth it!
Friday

Cauliflower Crust Pizza – We try to stick to our Friday night tradition of pizza, since it’s the girls’ favorite dinner. I️ like to either make my own cauliflower crust or use the Trader Joe’s Broccoli Kale crust.
