Hi y’all! I’m really excited about this week’s clean eating meal plan because we’ve FINALLY had some fall weather here and I’m busting out some of my favorite cool weather recipes. It’s also a really exciting week since my oldest daughter turns 4 this weekend! Stay tuned for a little birthday decor inspiration post…hint: there’s a lot of *pink* involved.
On a side note, with Hurricane Florence headed toward the East Coast, I’m thinking about everyone in its path. My parents actually live on the Outer Banks and are being evacuated and their plan is to head here earlier than anticipated (they were coming for the birthday party anyway), so I’m hoping traffic isn’t too crazy heading west! If you’re on the coast, be safe and stay inside – I hope the storm won’t be as bad as expected.
Clean Eating Meal Plan for the Week
Whole30 Zuppa Toscana + Roasted Cauliflower – Hands down, one of my favorite Whole30 recipes and SO good when it’s chilly out!
Slow Cooker Honey Mustard Chicken, Sweet Potatoes + Broccoli – We started adding this chicken recipe to our rotation and the flavor is really great for something that’s so simple (literally mustard and honey).
Coconut Curry Shrimp, Cauliflower Rice + Green Beans – This is a new-to-us recipe. We don’t do seafood very often here, since we’re kind of spoiled by fresh seafood when we go to the beach – plus the girls don’t eat it. Tonight will be a mac and cheese kind of night for them 😉
Turkey Apple Meatballs, Roasted Potatoes + Peas – Anything with apples reminds me of fall, and I love the flavor combination of these meatballs!
