I think last week was the first week we’ve followed our meal plan to a T – let’s see how this week goes 🙂 I’ve had two spaghetti squash sitting on the counter that need to be cooked, so we’re keeping it super simple on Monday with healthy spaghetti. And I only have one slow cooker recipe scheduled for this week, which is unheard of lately!
